I know that we always get treated incredibly well whilst we’re over there, regardless, but I wouldn’t assume I’d get any preferential treatment travel wise.
Things like the USO lounge presumably wouldn’t be applicable, and you don’t get automatic PreCheck the way USAF do (assuming you’re not otherwise enrolled in PreCheck/GE), but it never hurts to ask at the CBP line and other applicable points.
