I tried asking customer service chat for an exception and agent had no interest in helping. I tried to appeal to the logic of the meanness of taking a bonus away 1 week after getting it, but agent was unmoved. Any ideas on who to contact to ask for exception?
See if you can get someone at BofA to escalate for you. They are the once most interested in retaining a happy customer. AF already got their money from BofA for you.
