Don't think the 5 XP came from Accor. I've had several trips to France and EU booked with FB from credit card point transfers since pandemic easing. I must have had a paid domestic France or intra-EU flight that I credited to FB.
I tried asking customer service chat for an exception and agent had no interest in helping. I tried to appeal to the logic of the meanness of taking a bonus away 1 week after getting it, but agent was unmoved. Any ideas on who to contact to ask for exception?
