I'm HH Gold and stayed here several years ago (pre-covid) with my mom. I was arriving late, so added my mom as a the other guest, and they let her check-in and go to the lounge. I want to book this hotel for her again, but won't be staying this time. Will they let her check in if I add her name as the additional guest?
