I'm flying business next week... Couldn't select based on "mange the booking"... and called SIA...
NONE of the BTC meals were available..... checked each one of their various categories and the customer service rep said "sorry, unfortunately not available" to EVERY ONE OF THEM!!!!

SIngapore DEFINITELY failed the customer experience test.... Big Time...
I called SIA to 'book the cook' for my Monday's flight in biz class.. (ticketed through United)
"Sorry, sir. Since your booking was done through the other airline, we are not able to pick the special meal for you. I can see the various options, yes, but cannot "assign" any of the options to you"..... this is what Cust Servive Rep Cindy said....
Anyone that thinks Singapore Air is a cut above the rest (as I "used to"), should rethink.... they joined all the other airlines in the race to the bottom...
