I don't use a title after an experience that has nothing to do with the OP's situation. Work booked the ticket, had me down as Dr. On check-in, the agent initially said Mr Price, and then spotted the Dr and apologized so profusely that I was more embarrassed than she was. Then onboard, a FA asked me if I was a medical doctor, to which I said no. A little later she asked again and said that she'd like to ask me a question. Awkward. Never used the title since. Anyway, I digress from the OP.
