Have they changed the policy? Screenshots were never acceptable in the past. The BRG agent has to see the rate for him/herself. I can easily modify most screenshots.

Oh sorry. I meant the screen after you submit the form, not a screenshot of the price I am looking to BRG. I do send screenshots when they originally deny my claim and they have gotten back (sometimes after a few back and forths with additional screenshots) to me with an acceptance email. I know the screenshots dont help (as you said they need to see the price live on their end) but I like to think it somehow does.
