If I'm going to fly on a weight-restricted carry-on airline, I always wear one of these:




Mine even has a pocket in the back for a laptop. I've weighed my fully-loaded vest before and I can comfortably carry 15 kg, more if I need to. Your vest doesn't count as a carry-on.

It's ridiculous that there are airlines with such low carry-on limits, even for J.
