About to book the same kind of flight : CMN-JED-RUH-CAN and PKX-RUH-JED-CMN

I cannot book those flights myself on any website but a local Moroccan travel agency can.

I assumed I could just buy the 1 year visa since it’s multi entry but they ask for a place of stay. Which I won’t have.

Could I do VOA in my situation (I’m eligible) ? I have a 6 hours layover after my first leg.
