As per the title perplexed that my luggage didn’t make it with me on LH430 today, despite checking into the FCT 3h before the flight. Honestly hard to understand.

So, what are my options here, I suppose I can buy myself some clothes and toiletries. Where do I claim the money back? Is there a dedicated F line?

Not to be a meme but I think this deserves some compensation given the high prices LH charge for F. Where can I claim this?
