UA soft product is significantly lagging at the moment though.
The UA Polaris seat is better than DL’s Delta One seat, but DL’s food and beverage up front is better than what UA offers. Since I’m rarely sleeping on a TCON, I will almost always pick DL J over UA J on those flights.
