Not stayed there myself, but would be willing to at least give it a go.
It's like the Crowne Plaza at SFO. A lot of people find it run down etc., but I don't mind it to be honest. My usual go-to place at the airport and will be staying again next month.
The HGI at Hatton Cross is one hotel I don't plan on using ever again. Really wasn't happy with that place last time I stayed and would doze off on the floor of T5 before staying there again
