Had reservations here and at JW booked for November and was also thinking about staying at Andaz. GH pre-upgraded me to a suite with fountain view today. Nice service. This, I'll stay here and I canceled my JW reservation

So far so good. Hope the rest of the stay is nice and service as good. Thanks for the tips on checking in at club lounge. I'm going for a conference so expect it'll be a madhouse so that tip is nice - the app is showing only suites are available for sale.
