Hi,

does anyone know the change and cancellation penalties of a short-haul flexible economy ticket? Particularly interested in the penalties for cancelling less than 24h before departure.

The flight im looking at seems to ticket into V class and is for LHR-HEL-TLL.

Finnair chat claims:
no show - not permitted / no refund
change - free + fare difference - permitted until time of departure
cancellation - free - permitted until time of departure or 24h before departure (they first told me “the day before” then changed until departure time later - which is my main source of confusion)

I didn’t see any way to pull up fare rules on AY. On ITA V class shows as non-refundable.

Background is that I am on a CX flight arriving in LHR at 6:15am and would like to make the 7:25am LHR-HEL flight which is a bit of a gamble (T3 doesn’t have conformance so if the inbound is at least approximately on time it will work out).
