Thank you for posting. I also entered my MS debit card and was given the option to submit a claim for price protection. In addition, it looks like Capital One still supports the benefit on a few of their cards:

I was just skeptical because so many of the larger banks put the kibosh on price protection a long time ago.
I have some credit with Google that is due to expire in a few months and was thinking about purchasing the Pixel 8 when released. I normally put large electronic purchases on my Amex Platinum for the theft protection, warranty extension, and rewards, but it looks like the MS Debit Card offers theft/loss protection as well.
In the past Google has offered discounts on Black Friday, which would fall within the 120 day window to file a claim.
If I decide to purchase and later, file a price protection claim, I'll be sure to share my results.
