Please can anyone confirm if the Barclaycard Avios plus upgrade vouchers are still ONLY able to be used on itineraries departing from the UK? I thought I had read somewhere that a rule change now allowed starting and itinerary from anywhere… unless that was Amex voucher rules.

The official BA page regarding this only references ‘from February 2022’. Many thanks.
