More than a CX lounge the current AF lounge in Boston is really a mish-mash of different airlines. CX, KE, LY, AZ, etc etc. I don't think CX would keep that lounge just for itself with 6 weekly flights.

And from an image perspective the lounge needs a LOT of work (i.e. to be revamped entirely) to be even passable. What's there now is a joke.
