AA did something to the retractable handle on my large Delsey hardside this past September to where it would neither go in or out but was stuck halfway. It came off the carousel this way and I was lucky that it didn't fully break off.

I filed a claim and it was declined by AA - normal wear and tear.

Took it to a large luggage retailer here in Dallas that carries Delsey and they sent it back to the manufacturer. Repaired for cost of shipping - $12.

I won't hassle with AA again... not worth my time.
