More than once recently, and not only with Hertz, did the gate person say the contract would be emailed. Just like the return agents no longer have printers to print a receipt right then and there, Hertz seems to want to go entirely digital. Which wou”d be great if you could actually trust Hertz to send it in a timely fashion… or at all… and correctly.
