I got a promo email this morning from Chase -- it's got the usual list of card benefits and the like (gift cards, events, email list,etc), so I almost just deleted it. But then in the fine print there's info about a 5X Bonus Points promo, text as follows:

What I'm not getting here is that it looks like this is an asterisk to something else in the email, but that something else doesn't seem to be there. And there doesn't seem to be a place to activate the way it says is necessary (this doesn't show up in my promotions in my online SW account). Anyone have thoughts?
