Last night GF "dinner" was a smoked chicken salad with 4 slices of thin chicken, one olive cut into 4 and a couple of half green beans with some pine nuts.
Such a substantial meal and really showed so much imagination - no Gluten free roll or carb. Oh and a satsuma delightfully placed on the tray.
I note comments above saying how the catering is improving but I think for special meals it's getting miles worse.
