Thank you for your query.
At this time, D$ can be only be applied at the time of payment (upon checkout at the hotel, or towards prepaid rates for selected hotels online). Capella Hanoi currently accepts D$ for hotel checkout only. We are working towards adding D$ redemption at the time of booking, beyond prepaid rates, to be available as a future enhancement.
