I am checking in to PH in a couple of days so will provide my view then, but my suspicion is yes it is based on the mediocrity that is the St. Regis these days.

Currently at Capella so interested to do the Capella vs. PH comparison also but it’s starting to get difficult for me to do that objectively from a first time visitor’s point of view as I’m at the point where I’m definitely getting special treatment at Capella now.

Very encouraging to read all the positive PH experiences recently having spent 4 years ignoring it due to mixed reviews.
