But I really came here to rant about not being able to select seats once an upgrade clears. Not available via the website nor app. Called in but they claimed not possible "until the ticket is reissued" which sounds odd for 220 tickets. I was able to select a seat on the earliest upgrade after three weeks had passed, the others have only cleared recently.
That is ridiculous, i have been giving mine away to Family but on LX, Yesterday one cleared & i was immediately able to select seats, just seconds after the upgrade cleared, if that works on LX, why not LH ?
