I don't know if anyone has ever had this happen to them before. But the new card that I got a week ago got closed. I knew nothing about it. I just logged in to check something and noticed the red for more information notice. Clicked on that one account out of many, and it said closed. Wow! Why? Called them up, and they said, You didn't provide the requested documents. What requested documents? They wanted proof of business address. You never requested that; if you had, I would have provided it. Well, I did; let me check how it was sent to you. Okay. wait wait wait wait, 30 minutes later; it looks like we didn't send that request to you. Okay, so reopen the account, and if you want it, I will send it. We cannot open it until you send it. ....l> Blah blah blah, transfer transfer transfer. Send Secure Message, wait and wait. Call back, call back, and call back. Long story short

Still waiting after two days.
Was it because it was the second CIP or because it was on SSN instead of EIN or a new procedure. I don't know, but I will update what happens.
