Yes. Now and for the next year or two, there are two airside security zones:
1) International-A Concourse and Terminal 1-Harvey Milk (B Concourse).
2) Everything else (Terminal 2-C Concourse, Terminal 2-D Concourse, Terminal 3-E Concourse, Terminal 3-F Concourse and International-G Concourse.
You can move freely after security within 1) and within 2), but not between 1) and 2).
Eventually there will be an airside connection between Terminals 1 and 2, and everything will be connected after security.
