Just echoing the previous comments: had a perfect stay here. Got upgraded to a Spectacular Suite (SNA), and elite recognition is amazing: 4pm checkout given without even having to ask for it, cute welcome gift (W-shaped chocolate filled with jelly beans), amazing breakfast and a 'tarot card reading session' upon checking in (choose a card, and the receptionist will read your fate: our was to have two cocktails!).

With so many hotels in Dubai to choose from I'd easily return to this W next time I'm in town - it just really was a perfect stay.
