Has anyone experienced this?

I made a reservation online at $97/day rate, but the rental record and the receipt shows they charged $165/day rate, making my overall cost $70 more than what was originally quoted.

I did receive a different class vehicle. Reserved a midsize (class C) but after waiting 40 minutes for a car to be available, they gave me an SUV. HOWEVER, the receipt says I was still charged at C rate so the rate shouldn't have changed.

Spoke to the agent at the airport counter, spoke over the phone (first person hung up on me and the second person said they will make a report), but received an email saying the charge was correct.
