I just checked some 30 segments this year. Without tier multiplier they are giving 11.6 points/euro (or 7.7 avios/euro @3:2 conversion). Domestic and Intra-EU flights - Y only. Would be interesting to know, what is the ratio on long-haul flights. YQ was over 4% on top and I suppose it will be treated as tax, not part of fare.
