Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked: King Classic with Balcony
Received: downgraded to King Classic no balcony. Only after my intervention from the room the assigned a room with balcony on the second floor. So no upgrade at all.

How are the rooms?
Old, clean room!

How is the exec. lounge?
Nonexistent

What was good and what was bad?
Good:
Restaurant very good.



Bad:
No upgrade for a paid stay!
