I tend to pick based on queue length. But I do now have a bias towards family as someone at Club messed up setting the Return To Aircraft Door status of my bag in the computer system last time I used Club. I would guess that staff at family may be more familiar with this. But maybe people move around all the time anyway.
They do. That person on the family zone may, one hour later, be on the Club check in zone.
