I called in today to get some resolution. My 3x$100 TB credits are coded as "MC 3000", which is just general travel and they said the manual review found there was no way to determine what transaction it was. The agent and their supervisor resubmitted a ticket, but said I would need to email them a receipt or confirmation of an upgrade so they could add them to the ticket for a better chance of getting it credited. Since I didn't actually get an upgrade or anything, I doubt sending them my TB receipt would do anything. Besides, I can't find my TB receipts and deleted the email confirmations. Unless someone has a creative idea, I'll just take the L.
hmm - if it says MCC 3000, then I believe it’s considered an eligible expense for the incidental credit as per the T&Cs. Check it out as apparently I can’t post the link on here just yet.
