My reasoning is I sometimes forward a certificate to relatives or friends to use. If there is a problem with the certificate the email that came from Costco.com has more than one certificate on it. Having a papertrail with multiple certificates on it would complicate things. If I recall, someone on this thread had issues with a certificate that wouldnt work. Much easier to deal with if it was sent correctly after forking over my $2245. I guess at least it was better than a couple years back when they sent me 4 separate certificates meant for two other recipients and my 10 certificates to other people. Costco.com corrected it after contacting them but have me wondering how they could mess up an order like that.
