A 3-star long stay property will have plenty of suites. Why is this property reluctant to upgrade Plat guests?
What room type did you get, and what did you want to be upgraded to? It seems they have NO door lock-off "suites", all of them are variations of a studio.
If they did not indicate on their website that the pool would be closed on certain dates, they should have.
