Yes, still not ideal if you're on one of the 1:30am flights, but better than the 9pm you mentioned.
I mentioned 22:00, not 21:00, and I got my information from prioritypass.com. Not sure which site has the correct information. Those who need to know should call the venue to check, due to the conflicting info online.
