The passport card arrived today, 9 days after I received the passport book. It has the same issue and expiration dates as the passport book. The return address is the New Orleans Passport Agency's.
And my old cancelled passport came today.
To recap.
Expedited application. Paid for 1-2 days delivery.
Sent application on Jul 5.
Delivered to the Passport Services PO Box on July 7.
Received by the State Department on July 10.
Check cleared my bank on July 11.
Passport issued on August 3.
Received the new passport on August 5.
Received the passport card on August 14.
Received the old cancelled passport on August 16.
