Oh that's 100% why I guessed "database problem" first. My post was before I saw the thread here unfortunately. Hey, at least it's good that it's Air Canada's IT systems that are being held together with duct tape and prayers rather than their planes! I've never seen an entire carrier dropped like that, must just be my good luck so far!
