Thanks for the clarification, CPH-Flyer. I have to agree with you, but thought you were saying the opposite. I have nothing to lose by following up, I guess. It did strike me as odd that nothing could be done since we were flying from the home base and the bird strike happened at least 12 hours before my flight was schedule to depart.
