Had a 2 night stay here. One of my favourite city hotels in the world. The service was top notch. Booked through Amex FHR and the US$100 credit was enough for 2 3-course lunches Bull & Bear. Also at check-in the extremely friendly check in agent offered me a 6pm(!!) check out. The rates at this property was also very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

If I'm nitpicking, the only flaw was that parking was valet only. Didn't like that I had to wait for the valet drivers during peak hours. Not a deal breaker though.
