Yep agree with above.
The "new" A43 club has real plates and silverware but that is about it. Food is not drastically better or different than the main center A (A38) clubs. The club is small, its perpetually busy, and just tends to feel cramped. The main center A club can be a bit of zoo at times, but nice off-peak, particularly outside of the peak international push in the late afternoon / early evening.
I tend to enjoy the Upper & Lower A clubs and the B/C club the best. For the past few years the B/C club has been my favorite since its the least crowded, can have a nice view outside of the ramp, and has a far more chill vibe.
