This is what the ticket says too and the online check in only allowed 2 bags too (It’s AMS-LGW and then LHR-OSL) I’m just worried that Amsterdam check in will charge me for a 3rd bag but if it’s just a BA glitch then that’s ok I’m used to those haha
It's quite clear on the website and its been reported before on FT it's an glitch.

You, as the Executive Club Member, must be travelling on the booking for those on your booking to get these benefits.
These allowances are not available on group bookings or to infants travelling without their own seat. Infants get one 23kg checked bag, no matter their cabin of travel.
