I know for a fact that in the past I was able to view full itineraries on "my trips" including KLM/AirFrance/Virgin flights, even with itineraries which had a mix of airlines. Yesterday, I booked a flight through Amex Travel which was a mix of a Virgin international flight, a domestic segment on Delta, and an additional international flight with Air France. On My Trips, the only things visible are the Delta domestic flight and one segment from the Air France flight (which is marketed and operated by AF, not Delta). I went to the VS and AF websites and was able to pull up the full, entire itinerary on both sites, and I associated my skymiles number with the booking on both sites. Yet still, the VS flight doesn't show on My trips, as well as one segment of the AF flight. Weird indeed and I hope it gets fixed.
