I get the same when I try to book through Air Canada and Finnair.
I have AMEX points I want to transfer and use, specifically for American Airlines and United Airlines flights.

From profile OP is in CA = Canada
With AA needs to be an AA Saaver award for a partner award. With AA dynamic awards far less saaver awards than before.
