One World Emerald gets access to both the Qantas J and F lounge regardless of class flown on long haul international - whether on QF or AA flight. Even economy can access both. You also get access to AA Flagship.
AA Business class passenger (who is not Emerald) would only be able to access the QF J lounge (not the F). You would need to be flying AA F (which AA doesn't have on the 789).
