You have to reach out to United, as they are the ones that would have to grant you original route credit. If you were to credit to United Mileage Plus, it would probably be a simple affair. Getting them to credit to SK is probably more complex.

Reach out to United with the clear header of "Original Route Credit" and see what happens.
