vJust for information. Reserved a "Rav4 or similar" car at YYC for July 18. Plane arrived about 8 am, went to Emerald Aisle after getting luggage, and were directed to a Hyundai Santa Fe with 13 km on it. That's right, brand new. Everything was smooth, and we were so relieved not to have the nightmares some people have had with renting cars the last couple years. Can't say enough about how easy the process was.
