Looking for some quick advice. seems like this should be ok but wanted to verify:
IAD-CPH -STR with 45 minute at CPH at 7:15 am then to STR so I need to go through the schengen security.
Is that enough time?

It looks like the IAD-CPH flight is usually on time with some slight delays depending on how unlucky you get.

on the way back I have 1 hour 15 minutes layover so that should be fine.
