Internal LHG issues apart, does anyone have experience on the approximate timeframe for the refund to be processed?
I do have an email saying "Your refund request has successfully been submitted. You will be receiving an reply from us as soon as possible. We will calculate the refund value and settle it via the original form of payment as soon as possible. In case of a credit card settlement, please consider your credit card billing calendar. You will be receiving a reply from us as soon as possible."
So I suppose it should happen whenever the planets and stars are in alignment. But is there a number of days beyond which I should crack open the chardonnay and pick up the phone?
