Wanted some advice here. We currently have a planned paid stay at the WA in 10 days. We are traveling with a 7 YO and 2 YO. The 7 YO will be at a Disney park every day and the 2 YO will split time between spending a day or 2 at the hotel (pool, etc).

For this type of setup, would you recommend the WA or the BC Signia? Cash rate different is not that different for me. Am a diamond member, btw.

Consistent feedback I've seen is to "save your money and stay at the BC", but wanted to get perspective here.
Stayed at both recently. With kids.

Check to verify the status of the renovations at the WA, as that may impact your decision.

There is (was) pool reciprocity so kids at the WA can enjoy the lazy river, pool games, and water slides at the BC.

They share a parking deck, but the walk to the BC elevators is much much shorter. There’s an arcade right by the parking deck entrance which kids like.

Breakfast is a better value at the BC. Kids eat free with an adult meal purchase, as well.

When we stayed at the WA, we found ourselves walking to the grab n go shop in the BC lobby almost daily.

To me, with the improvements to the Signia BC and the ongoing renovations at the WA, my business would go to the Signia.

Don’t expect an upgrade at either. Had to beg for one and call out their bluff at the WA to get upgraded to a room on a low floor that faced the parking rotunda.

Let me know if I can answer any specific questions. We’ve also stayed at the Homewood Pelican Crossing as well which is great for families.
