I used the two that I earned last year. I really like them. Our first stay was at CP Bangkok last Christmas where we booked an entry level room and received a junior suite. We are currently staying at IC Buenos Aires. Again, we booked an entry level room and received a junior suite. Both times the suite we were given was around twice the price of the entry level room that we booked. There are several room types between what we booked and what we ended up so the Ambassador guaranteed one level upgrade would likely not have resulted in the same outcome.

The best milestone reward for our stay pattern is the club lounge access. I have used it on eight separate stays this year so far and have more booked. F&B rewards are not so good. I haven’t been able to use any.
